How do I receive my game key?
After successful payment, your key is delivered instantly inside your order page. You can return to your account orders at any time to view it again.
Are the products digital or physical?
Everything sold on Keysle is a digital product. You do not receive a physical box or disc.
What if my payment succeeds but I do not see the key immediately?
Most orders complete instantly. If payment is still settling, the order stays pending and the key appears as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
Do you provide support after purchase?
