Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Keysle storefront, customer accounts, and digital product purchases made through the site.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. For refund-specific rules, see the Refund Policy.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate account information. Keysle may limit, suspend, or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or misuse of the service.

Digital products and delivery

Keysle sells digital goods only. No physical items are shipped. Some products are marked for instant delivery, while others use manual delivery after payment review or support handling. Delivery timing may vary by product, stock status, fraud checks, or the delivery window shown on the product and order pages.

Pricing and payments

Prices, regional restrictions, product availability, and supported payment methods may change at any time. Orders are not considered complete until payment is confirmed and the order status has been updated successfully on our systems.

Refunds and disputes

Refund handling follows the public refund policy. Once a key or delivered account details are revealed, refund eligibility becomes much more limited. If a buyer reports that a revealed delivery is invalid, unusable, or mismatched, Keysle may require clear video proof that starts before the first reveal and continues through the first activation or login attempt. Buyers agree to contact support before opening a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.

Acceptable use

You may not use Keysle to test stolen cards, automate abuse, scrape protected data, interfere with checkout flows, exploit pricing or inventory issues, or attempt unauthorized access to user, admin, or payment systems.

Service changes

Keysle may update the storefront, product catalog, policies, account rules, or technical systems over time. Continued use of the service after material updates means you accept the revised terms.
