Privacy Policy

Keysle collects only the information needed to run customer accounts, process digital orders, prevent abuse, and support customers.

Last updated on April 13, 2026.

What we collect

Account data such as email, username, profile details, country, and account preferences.
Order and payment metadata such as order IDs, totals, statuses, delivery records, and payment-provider references.
Security and operational records such as login activity, rate-limit hits, support messages, reveal events, and admin review events.
Support evidence voluntarily submitted during investigations, such as screenshots, screen recordings, or activation and login proof.

Why we use it

Provide account access, checkout, order delivery, support, fraud prevention, and service operations.
Investigate invalid keys, manual delivery issues, refunds, payment disputes, abuse reports, and account-security incidents.
Meet legal, financial, tax, and recordkeeping requirements related to running a digital commerce business.

Sharing and retention

Data may be shared with core infrastructure or payment providers only when needed to operate the service. If you send support evidence for a delivery or refund review, it may be retained with the related order records for fraud prevention, dispute handling, and operational review for as long as reasonably necessary.

Keysle does not store full credit or debit card details on its own systems. Card data is handled by the payment provider used during checkout, while Keysle keeps only the payment metadata and provider references needed to process and support the order.

Requests and contact

Privacy questions, correction requests, or account-related concerns can be sent to support@keysle.com. Keysle reviews account and privacy requests using the information available on the order or account and may ask for reasonable verification before making account changes.
